We are two brothers from Linz, Austria, and have supported businesses as a Managed Service Provider since 2014 — and we still do. We do not know IT problems from books, we have them on our desk every day.

Our Mission

The problem isn't the team. It's the tools.

With MoreBit Technologies, our Managed Service Provider in Upper Austria, we support airlines, large enterprises, mid-sized companies and operators of critical infrastructure, well over 6,000 workstations in total. Different as these industries are, the problem is the same everywhere: the help desk is drowning in first‑level tickets. Recurring requests, overloaded teams, people waiting for an answer.

We knew this had to change. So we built SuperSupport.ai, an AI agent that does not just understand IT problems but resolves them autonomously. Directly on the endpoint. In real time.

The founders

Two brothers, two ways of working.

Nico is the older one and was running his own business years before Timo. Today we run three companies together: MoreBit Technologies, Hazelmountain Group and SuperSupport.ai. Our mother does the accounting. A family business in the literal sense.

We see each other every day, and we argue every day — loudly, but never hurtfully. Every argument ends with one of us spotting the actual problem and going after a fix.

Most of the time, both are right. That is what went into SuperSupport: fast, because otherwise someone is waiting for an answer again. And careful, because every action happens on a device someone has to work with — so each one runs through an allowlist and ends up in the audit log.

    The first years in IT, before it turned into an MSP of our own.

    The MSP business starts. First-hand experience with real IT support problems.

    Building the group. Web development, IT services, and digital strategy under one roof.

    After years in the IT trenches, it was clear: AI can fundamentally change IT support.

    The agent is built and runs first where the problems come from: our own MSP operation.
